How to add the the sender name on printing

pmmmmm

I need to add the sender's name on the top of the paper when I print something just like outlook.

Please let me know if I can add the same features I use in outlook.

Thanks,

Right click on email in list and select: Print Preview This should display the 'Subject', From', 'Date and 'To' headers. They should be at the first information shown.

If it is displaying all the headers you need switch to 'Normal' rather than 'Full'. In Thunderbird

'View' > 'Headers' > 'Normal'

then select email to 'Print Preview' to see how it should look.

However, if you open an email and highlight the text and then use 'Print Preview', you will now only see the highlighted text and no headers.

If you mean you want to put eg: 'Your Name' at the very top in the top header margin. Menu icon > Print > Page Setup or if 'Print Preview' is open , click on 'Page Setup' button select : 'Margins & Header/Footer' tab 'Headers & Footers' section top left click on drop down and select 'Custom' Enter your name at prompt and click on OK

To remove everything from top header select 'blank' from drop down options.
