How do I set Low, Medium or High priority for an email ? Can't find any options to change an email priority or any toolbar button that would do it. Searching the online help has not produced any results. Thanks.

IIRC, it is under Options on the Menu in the Composition window. You may need to use alt or F10 to make this menu appear.

In the menu, View|Toolbars has options to make the Menu remain visible.
