My Thunderbird screen display has been reduced; why?

Several weeks ago, when I opened Thunderbird, the screen display was condensed (it showed approx 30 items instead of the normal 20 or so). I did nothing, but the display changed itself later that day. Today, the same thing has happened. The screen display is much smaller than I use or want. What is going on? Is there something I can do to resolve?

Do you any addon extensions like Theme Font & Size Changer ?

If yes, please make sure Thunderbird is using the updated version 49.2

Also check to see what is here: 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > Advanced' > General' tab click on 'Config editor' button it will tell you to be careful :)

What Value do you have for this: layout.css.devPixelsPerPx My Windows OS computer is using -1.0 which is the default and is perfectly ok from my point of view.

Some people have found changing it to 1.0 helped.

What OS are you using?
