Hi chayada:

Switching languages is done by changing the language in the iOS settings

https://support.apple.com/HT204031 has all the instructions you need

tl;dr; Home Screen -> Settings -> General -> Language and Region -> tap "[Device] Language" | pick the language you want e.g. if you want German then tap "Change to German" and then your device will reset itself and your iPhone/iPad will change to the new language and the next time you start Firefox it will be in that language.
