restore sunbird calendar from carbonite

I am trying to restore my events to Sunbird from Carbonite. I had a hard drive failure and had to restore everything from Carbonite but there were several things that did not restore and this was one of them. I really need to get this information back. Thanks

I honestly do not know enough about Sunbird to know how to do this, however there are a few pieces of research that I found that might be helpful:
