If Microsoft Outlook is your email provider check with them about your recovery options. Why do you think Thunderbird has copies of your emails?

HI HOW DO I CONTACT MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

I DO NOT THINK THUNDERBIRD HAS COPIES OF MY EMAILS I JUST WANT TO RETRIEVE THEM IF IT IS POSSIBLE

When you restore your computer back to factory settings everything that you put on it since you powered it up the first time is gone. If you did not do a backup before this restore, you are most likely out of luck.
