one strange email keeps recurring

My cousin sent me a response to an email I sent him. Now, whenever I either write a new email to anyone or respond to an email from anyone his email shows up every time right below my signature. I uninstalled and reinstalled Tbird but that didn't help

this is happening starting about more than a month ago. they come in two's and three's. at times they come in fours too. it's flooding my mailbox. what should i do?
