right click options disappeared

MAC OS - 10.9.3 Firefox 30.0

When the browser is not restarted for couple of days say around a week, the right click options is not fully displayed. We need to scroll for the options. After couple of hours the right click options does not display the tiny window full and the scroll option is also gone. Need to restart the browser to make it work again.

The next time it happens will past the snapshot of the problem.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

After two days of Firefox remaining open the right click turns into what is attached in the snapshot.

After 4 days without closing the Firefox the right click does not show any visible options.
