The fields (like this one) are in blue. My saved username and passwords don't appear anymore.
I have Firefox ver. 6.0.2 using Windows 7 Home Premium. Firefox no longer shows my saved username and passwords when I go to log into a site. The field is all blue and I have to re-enter the information each time. Also, the search field on Google is all blue and I can't even see what I'm typing. This may or may not be a Firefox problem. Thanks for your help. I really love the FF browser, by the way. Wayne

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I think I found out why the fields are in blue and my saved passwords don't appear anymore. I added Xfinity constant guard protection suite. In addition to Norton, they have their own "safe login" procedures. So it seems that they have taken over all my logins and I need to use their method to provide username and password. I'm sure I can figure out how to undo this and go back to the old way. Thanks for your help. Wayne
You're welcome.
Yes, I've seen post that confirm that Constant Guard (possibly added by Comcast) is causing this issue.
