When I changed the Mozilla Firefox shortcut properties, I received this error 'Unable to save changes to 'Mozilla Firefox.lnk'. Access is denied. ' What should I do?

Not a Firefox support issue, that is the Windows realm. You probably need admin privileges that aren't set in that logon user account.

Also check the Properties of that shortcut via the right-click context menu to make sure that it isn't Read-only.
