It appears to log you in and then returns right back to the login screen. Other browsers work fine and log you in to the site. Do I have some setting in Firefox that is prohibiting the site from logging me on?

Chosen solution

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Hi SOCALTRANSPLANT, there might be a problem with cookies or local storage, which are two methods sites use to confirm you are a properly logged in before showing sensitive data.

Could you check your cookie settings? This article points the way: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.

Some sites also do not work correctly in private windows.
