Can't remove the plugins on Thunderbird 45
Can I remove "plugins" on the Thunderbird "AddOn" page? Or are thy a representation of applications installed into the laptop? Which means that the only way to get them off of the "AddOn" page is by uninstalling them from the computer

Basically you got it right.
There are some other ways to get rid of plugins, but those require good computer skills, and are hence not recommended for everyone.
