Every time I select an e-mail to read or go to a new site your STUPiD and IRRITATING message POPS-UP stating that Mozilla has prevented a page from being forwarded to another site, and gives me the option of allowing it or x-ing it out. The STUPID DAMN THING shifts my screen down every time it pops-up causing me endless irrItation. My screen is constantly shifting up and down as YOUR message pops in and out. TELL ME HOW TO FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM. IF NOT, I'LL FIND ANOTHER BROWSER TO USE.

hi gcd3, you can disable that when you go into the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general and untick the option to warn when websites try to redirect (this feature is OFF by default).

please note that there are also some extensions like requestpolicy or noscript which might cause something similar as well.

There are other things that need attention.

The System Detail list next to your question shows multiple Shockwave Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
