Hello,

The underscore '_' character disappears and reappears when resizing my window. (Firefox version is 31.3.0) This issue only happens in Firefox (I don't see the issue in IE or Chrome). And, I've noticed it only on this login page of an Oracle Application Express (APEX) website. If you want to test this, you can request an APEX workspace from Oracle (it's free): https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=4700:1. Set a workspace to a name with an underscore. Does anyone have ideas of what may be causing this?

Thanks in advance, Julie
