Firefox used to display an AI overview response at the top of the page when you asked a question. That feature has disappeared on my systems. I assume that is because of the new AI controls. Is that function still available? If so, how do I re-enable it on Windows 10? The only video I could find addressed it for Windows 11 but I'm not there yet.

I have read the Refresh Firefox instructions that appear in the "Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings" Firefox support webpage, including the "saved items" and "removed items" section.

Over time, I have made a number of changes in the "about:config" section of my Firefox browser.

Q: Would a Refresh of my Firefox browser affect any of these "about:config" changes?

Q: Is there a way that I can create a list of all "about:changes" that I have made?

On my wifes PC Firefox appears to be doing random things. First the screen turned pink, then the taskbar icon has a gear-wheel overlaying it, and she is unable to do anything, like logging into zoom. Google searches work but clicking on any link goes nowhere and just sits. Is there a way of returning to it's previous boring but appreciated habit of just working, without uninstalling and re-installing from scratch please? thanks (she is currently using our fallback laptop in her office so I can't access her pc for an hour or so.)

The email address box does not accept the email address and comes up with an error message. The only way to send an email is to use a different browser ie Google. Emails are still received as normal on Firefox / BT mail

I have discovered Major problem with Firefox which affects the use of my btinternet.com email account . Since the recent update I am no longer able to add the contact name to a new email which I wish to compose automatically from my contacts (I am required to type it in full. I can still do it, with the shortcut of typing in the first 3 letters, when using other browsers such as Google or Edge or the Outlook muti mail account service but generally prefer Firefox. If this situation prevails I will ditch Firefox as speed of communication and addressing is of the essence to me. Are Firefox aware and are they correcting things?

Could any settings have been altered by the update - which contribute to my problem?

Recently the reels in my Facebook newsfeed will be black and not play when clicked on. All workarounds have been tried. These included , Restart machine ( laptop Dell Lattitude E 5530)( I know, ancient. Windows 10) go to settings in Firefox, Privacy and Security then clear cookies and cache. This works, the reels play, until I visit another website, then the issue is back. Simply going to Settings and clearing does not work. The entire flow has to be redone. I had my Internet Security remote control and invesigate. Same thing. We uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled to no avail. Is there any fix for this? Thanks. For some time now (a few months), whenever I visit Amazon sites, I’ve been noticing a strange phenomenon I’ve never experienced before.

After performing a search, within a few seconds of the selected product’s page opening, it redirects to a different product page.

Usually, it always redirects to the same product page. Very rarely, it might redirect to another similar product page.

What is causing this issue?

This problem doesn’t occur in other browsers.

I need to enable Javascript. This problem began with the latest update 152.02. Last Pass needs it. So does ID me. I have tried about:config and javascript.enabled (true). Apparently it is not so. The computer is an HP Pro 3500 series MP Windows 10. I hope someone can help. Thanks.

I've been using Firefox to display and print PDF files for some months but suddenly it no longer works for me, The particular document I'm trying to print has 10 pages, each full of colorful images and text. I've been printing issues of this same periodical for months using Firefox with no difficulty. Now the pages look fine, but as soon as I try to print them I get 10 postage-stamp sized images, each in the center of its own, largely blank page. Can anybody help?

Hello there's just been an update on my laptop for Firefox.. and now I'm logged out of every account I had opened on my browsers!! I googled this and seemingly this problem has happened before with Firefox..

My browser is always open with a lot of open tabs that needs login. Every time the browser updates a beta update, I must restart the browser and all the logins are lost and I need to login to all my different ongoing tasks (google mail, rumble and other pages with login) in the tabs. How can I set up the Firefox browser so I only get the full version updates (like 152.0) and not the beta versions (like 152.02) ?
