Since the last update, some pictures do not show. For instance, in the News and Features Digest email that I receive, when I click on a headline to read article, any pictures do not show. It is just a big, blank, space. Also, for instance, some pictures on accuweather.com do not show, also on weatherbug.com. Even if I turn it off, the pictures do not show up. It seems the lastest update overwrote the shield in front of the address bar that I had set under Firefox settings, Privacy & Security, Enhanced Tracking Protection. I was able to turn off the shield and see what was being removed/blocked. Now that does not work. I understand you try to make Firefox as safe as possible by adding new features. However. I would like to remove whatever setting that shield has now installed with the latest update. I hope this makes sense.

For over a year, my browser occasionally loses connectivity. It may work for 3 hours or 3 days, but inevitably new tabs will stop working and then slowly the others will stop as well. When this happens, none of my other browsers are impacted. They work fine. It is only Firefox. The only solution is to close everything and lose all my work.

Once I do that and restart Firefox, I receive an error message telling me I am using an older version of Firefox that is not compatible with my profile. The only solution that brings me back to the best starting place is to re-install Firefox.

My company IT spent 3 days trying to find the problem and couldn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. All extensions are turned off, as are the two add-ons. I have been using Firefox for over a decade and prefer it to all other browsers, but I need to find a solution or I am going to have to move on. Help!!!

Some URLs e.g. Costco.ca, amazon.ca etc will not load. I use FF and also have Chrome, Edge that have the same problem. One must assume that it is a settings problem with my Bosgame/Ryzen7 PC.

I am wondering if it is possibly caused by FF with all the safety build into it's design.? I have tried many items regarding the situation.

When I open a new tab, I am shown topics on news, science, culture, etc> the first topics I am shown are sensational trivial garbage. I always enjoy seeing informative and educational content, but Firefox prioritizes gossip, Hollywood personalities and advertisements disguised as news.. You also prioritize hearsay, negativity, and biased news articles. Are your editors doing this deliberately, or are they simply focused on immature minds and biases? How do I change this, or should I eliminate all content from the new tab page? Thank you.

I don't understand a lot of the UX decisions behind the new search bar: - Requires more clicks and keyboard strokes now to do the same things - Trending search suggestions cannot be disabled - But after disabling search suggestions entirely (because I don't want to see trending suggestions), I still see recents suggested when I first select the search field... but only then, and not as I type? - Hitting backspace one too many times reverts the search bar to my default search engine

The old search bar was awkward, but this one feels worse. Waaay overdesigned. Is there anything I can do about any of these issues? Should I expect any updates to search bar functionality in the near future?

Bonus complaint: WTF is up with the numbered list/bullet list situation on this form, holy moly. Had to just use dashes because those features are so unusable.

I am using my macbook air 2020 with the Apple M1 chip and the OS is Sonoma 14.7.4, to try and log in to Poshmark.ca https://poshmark.ca/ using my Google credentials and the screen looks like it is going to log in but then goes back to the main screen. I deleted the cookies for the site, but that did not work. I am not sure what else to do? Can you help me?

when I want to open a site from my email the tab shows app.getresponce up in the browser and on the page it shows 404 page does not exist. This happens when I open sites: X22 Report episode. It is all episodes like it is programmed not to work? Also LT And We Know. To Firefox engineers and volunteers: I am a native speaker of simplified Chinese, and I am currently running Firefox 149.0 for Windows desktop. There are some troubling issues and I hope to be able to fix them in the next version. Thank you very much. The problem I encountered was that at least eight options, all in English, appeared in the browser's privacy and security settings, this has been in Simplified Chinese in previous versions of Firefox. Firefox was working fine yesterday morning. I went to log in last night and a new firefox background was there. NO bookmarks, NO history, No Nothing! How can I get my old information back?

When I try to log into twitter (X) I get a pop up saying I'm blocked due to suspicious log in activity, that I have tried to log in too many times. I had not tried to log in for days. I do not get this message and can log into X on other platforms, including chrome and Edge. I prefer to use Firefox. This started happening after I uploaded the newest Firefox upgrade on 3/3/26, I run windows 10.

did anyone else experienced a lot of problems after the latest update (149.0) has installed? I'm having a lot of trouble now:

1. The "New Tab" doesn't work at all, clicking on the plus does nothing, pressing ctrl + t does nothing aswell. 2. The search bar on home page doesn't work, I can't type anything in it 3. I tried to access settings, but the menu looks like on attached screenshot. I clicked on a spot where settings supposed to be, and nothing happened. Furthermore, all the menus look like this, they're simply empty, without any text. 4. Reinstalling didn't help. I want to try not to uninstall Firefox entirelly, because I don't want to risk losing all the saved bookmarks, history, passwords, etc. 5. So far I've experienced these problems on one computer, on the other everything looks fine, so it doesn't seem to be a global problem 6. Any ideas, apart from removing the browser and trying a fresh installation?
