I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

In trying to re-install Firefox, I got to where they sent a security code to bru..... This is my son who was else where and busy so the time limit hit and I was dropped. Now how do I restart?

Hello I have lost my ability to access my gmail account(canadettes@gmail.com) immediately after somehow I now have to deal with Outlook!!!

When trying to create an account to sync my bookmarks, I got an "Account limit reached for this profile" error (see attached -- email address edited out).

I followed the instructions to create a new profile (a copy of my old one, so it would have the same bookmarks). When I tried to sync and create an account, I got the same error message.

What am I supposed to do?

Because there were so many attempts at password they stopped my default. I read about having to do something but I am an 85 year old woman and I am sorry but I cannot figure out how to get a ton of passwords done one by one. I sincerely hope that this be taken care of because otherwise I have no way of knowing how to get the Xfinity email to work for me.

I cannot get my facebook account to log-in. I get sent a Facebook code, type that in, then get a character code and type that in and get sent round and round in this cycle. I have tried syncing, and they suggest there may be a loop or similar in my browser that is preventing it, and I don't know where to find and try to fix that, if it is.

We have been unable to sign into x.com using Firefox. We are getting an error code stating, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.". We are also not receiving any text messages when x.com says that they have been sent.

Anyone else having problems? Any ideas for a little help?

Добрый день! Сегодня переустанавливала виндоус и все сбросилось. Скачала Мозиллу и решила войти в аккаунт который зарегистрирован на почту anna_alyakr@mail.ru Однако мне всплыло окно регистрации где нужно вводить два раза пароль. Хотя аккаунт уже БЫЛ зарегистрирован, то ест произошел баг сайта/страницы/окна. Пока я это делала мне пришло письмо с кодом. Страница обновилась и вернулась на нормальное окно со входом. Я решила войти однако написано было что заблокирована страница из-за того что письмо с кодом вернулось. Конечно оно вернулось потому что я уже вошла на свою страничку!

дорогая администрация, что мне делать как мне вернуть свой аккаунт я могу предоставить всевозможные данные которые попросите, я просто хочу поскорее закончить устанавливать все приложения на ноутбук после переустановки винды потому что это тот еще геморройный процесс :((

I’m trying to sign in and I get to the point where a code should be sent to me but nothing happens with neither text nor emailing. I have not changed my email address or my telephone number. I have tried changing my browser (Google and Firefox) but there is no change. I have tried deleting the app, switching my phone off and back on then reloading the app but to no avail. I am partially deaf so not good on the phone but I can text!
