Context: EarthLink gave me a spam blocker, and tweeked my e-mail in some way, since they stopped my message filters from working. I called back, explained, and they said couldn,t address this: must contact Mozilla Thunderbird...sooo need help. Could chg. from lower case to upper case in EarthLink account make lower case in my name...in message filters ...stop the filters from working? If so, how do I access the place to change my name in message filters?
