No hardware accelerated video playback suddenly

When playing videos, firefox should usually be able to playback using hardware acceleration. However since some of the recent updates, this is no longer the case. My hardware includes an intel i5-1135G7 with iris xe graphics driver version: 30.0.101.1069.
