No "new window" options with right-click launchpad icon

On mac (capitan version) there are no options like "new window" "new private window" and the sort when I right click on the icon on the launchpad. On right click, I can only see the windows I have already open and the typical mac nonsense (hide, show & options).

Is this yet another mac special "feature"? or is there something than can be done from the firefox configuration?
