On my iPad when I tap on Menu Icon > History > Trash Icon > Everything, the tabs refresh/flash and then the order of the tabs change. For example,

Old tabs: 1 2 3 4 (active tab is 2) New tabs after clearing the history: 1 3 4 2 (active tab is now 3)

Is there a way to prevent this? I’d like to keep the original order of my tabs.

I don't understand where some bookmarks are when using iOS.

For new bookmarks, I see a row of "Recently Saved" pages on the home page. But I can't find a "Recently Saved" folder in the bookmarks menu.

When I sync with MacOS I see the new bookmarks in a new folder "Mobile Bookmarks". But I can't find a "Mobile Bookmarks" folder on iOS.

Finally, on iOS, I don't see how to access the bookmarks I added to the Bookmarks Menu in MacOS.

It’s not I stall and update as far as I know, it’s an issue I’ve never seen. My browsers, Firefox chrome DuckDuckGo etc none of them can produce search results though my internet is very much connected to my router. My isp can’t find an issue. What is wrong?

A white toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen (when using a Bluetooth keyboard) or above the floating keyboard (if using the iPad on-screen keyboard). It takes up space but serves no function and often makes it difficult to view whatever webpage I’m looking at, or, even worse, to see what I’m typing if the input field is at the bottom of the screen.

If the “Done” button is clicked, the bar goes away, but then doing so also exits the input field, so I can’t type any further if I close this toolbar. The up/down arrows seem to serve no function.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefox app but the issue did not go away.

This does not happen in any other app, including other web browsers like Safari.

Any advice, or a bug fix, would be much appreciated.

For some reason accounts/passwords are not syncing on Firefox across my iPhone and MacBook. I have both signed into the account and have set up sync but it is not sharing across the devices.

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

For the last month or so, every time I try to open a link in an E-mail and sometimes other links, Firefox puts up your little yellow header banner to tell me you have "prevented a pop-up" - these are not pop-ups, but links ! This is stopping me opening links to Facebook, Nextdoor and any other links sent in E-mails. Links in Al Jazeera, CNN, and BBC on line work just so you know the full picture. This is partly annoying, but more seriously I am still working, (SE) and it is only a matter of time before I have something serious that I will not be able to deal with if I can not open the link to it. Also, and it may or may not be connected, some time ago, back end of 23, before I became aware of the above problem, I started to be unable to preview PDF's before sending them. I just get a blank page. Not great when you consider that most of my invoices are sent electronically, but at least even tho' I can't see them, to check, they are getting to my customers. The link problem is of course the more annoying/serious one and definitely to do with Firefox, by your own admission of the yellow header notification. HELP. Oh ! my E-mail is goblander@hotmail.com, because if you reply here, and I get sent an E-mail........I wont be able to use the link, will I !! See the problem !

Recently, when I type in the URL bar, there is only 1 suggestion from my bookmarks. Before, there were several bookmarks that show.

I want the previous behavior back so that I only need to type a few characters and then choose one of the suggested bookmarks in the list of results. Now, I need to keep typing a lot more characters/words before the 1 bookmark I want shows up. Sometimes I can’t recall enough of the full URL so the bookmark I want never shows up.

This is a big downgrade in the user experience. Is there a setting to go back to the previous behavior?

Since the latest update there are some - not all - websites that I receive the following error message when trying to play a video: The media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed.

Hi I have problem trying to login Pocket app via iphone. I have tried using different accounts but it just doesn't work. I couldn't get passed the Signing page, it remains as loading once I have approved to sign in using google id/mac account.

I am trying to have my own home page and everytime I set it FireFox reverts to the basic blank screen. I am typing in www.swagbucks.com for the home page and it will stay for a few days then changes back automatically.
