Google sign ins being constantly marked as unsafe

Could you describe a little bit of your workflow? Is a website in one tab opening a Google account login in another tab, and then both the tabs fail to log you in?

What were the steps that lead to the first screen you attached? (That one's definitely weird — this is a system in–app browser for login flows — I can't imagine a place this would be triggered within Firefox iOS, so please help me understand this scenario, thanks!)
