Internet is working but Firefox shows "page not found." Help!
Was using Firefox in the a.m., then ran errands. Came back and "Page not found" was displayed on monitor. Haven't been able to get past that. IE is working, though, so don't think it's my net connection. Live in Fort Worth, TX area. Using Windows 7 on a Gateway computer.

Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions and some Preferences.
- Open websites will not be saved in Firefox versions lower than 25.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

I can't get into Firefox. That's the whole problem. When I try to open the browser, that's when I get the "page not found" message. I know the net is working because I can open both IE and Chrome.
