Why do I keep receiving the same e-mail from the same date and same time over and over again?
I just keep getting the same exact e-mail from the same person over and over again every several minutes. It always says the same exact date (which is from several days ago now) and it keeps saying the same exact time.

I'm not quite sure why you think this is related to Firefox, but what you should probably do is to contact the company that is sending you the email, as they may have a glitch in their system. Also, possibly check your spam or other email settings (not sure who your email provider is, so I can't give you more specifics).
On an unrelated note, you are running some pretty out of date software on your computer, which you should probably update to close security holes, fix bugs, and gain significant performance improvements.
You are running Firefox 3.6.27. The Firefox 3.6 branch will be dropped from support in just a little over a month, so you will want to begin looking at upgrading to Firefox 11. The newer versions of Firefox at up to 7 times faster than Firefox 3.6, use less system resources, offer much improved web standards support, and are a very nice upgrade to Firefox 3.6, which is beginning to show it's age.
You should also update your plugins (I noticed Flash and Jave right off the bat which are out of date). You can read Using plugins with Firefox, which has a section on how to update your plugins.
Does Firefox use session restore to restore a page that shows that mail or is that page possibly set as the home page?
