If I type a web page into my address bar and hit enter, nothing happens. But if I go to bookmarks and select a web page it works fine. Any suggesions

Hi!

I suspect that one of your add-ons is taking over the address bar and messing up with it. Please, try to launch your browser in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox and make sure that it works fine. Once this is confirmed, you should disable any add-on that seems suspicious.

Thank you so much for your help. It was caused by the AVG Safe Search extension. It did not give me the option to upgrade or check the options. Is it ok to leave it disabled? Thanks again.
