On firefox startup used to get google search bar. Do not know how but google has been replaced by Babylon Search bar and its accompanying ads.

Is this your home page, or your search bar in the upper right hand corner?
If it is the search bar this article on how to change your search engine back to default.
If it is your home page, read How to set the home page , and select either the Firefox Default, or your custom Home Page.
