all of a sudden the "CLEAR HISTORY" in not clickable as well as "The Private Browsing Feature" No idea why.

I often will select "private browsing" and I would also often "clear recent history" for some reason I can't do that anymore. When I go to "tools" and look down the list it's give options but you can't click on them. The only 2 it give are: "STOP PRIVATE BROWSING" & "CLEAR RECENT HISTORY" This is odd because I'm not currently browsing privately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not help.
