Firefox 4 looks like Firefox 3 only!?

I have recently updated from FF 3 to FF 4 (though update feature).

FF 4 looks very much like FF 3 and not like FF 4 screen shots that I see.

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.

If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.

That's how it's supposed to look. How is it different from screenshots, exactly?

I dont see FF menu button, app tab, etc..

View > Toolbars and uncheck Menu Bar
