Why am I unable to receive mail after last update 10/29/26.
I've tried the recommended solution for this problem--changing the "security.tls.version,min" from 3 to 1 without luck.
I don't have a problem with Apple Mail on my iPhone.
When I try to access the web version from my Windows machine using Firefox I receive a message "serious security issue with webmail.dca.net. When I try it from a MAC, using Firefox I am able to access mail.
Thanks for any insight you can provide

I also can't sent mail.
The "security issue" warning is real and indicates that there are problems on dca.net's end. You get the same warning when trying to get to their webmail page using Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Pale Moon. The technical details are:
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Pale Moon to connect securely to webmail.dca.net, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
webmail.dca.net uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for horde.dca.net
(Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN)

It appears they are having security certificate problems. There's nothing you can do about this, except to contact them to report it (but I hope they already know about it) and for status.
Thanks for your reply. I've contacted dca.net. I'll report back.
My problem has been solved by dca.net. They restricted my IP address due to my trying to set up Thunderbird on a different computer.
Somehow I think there's more to the story than what they're telling you, but in the end they got it working for you and that's the main thing.
