Thunderbird is not running well [was 3-4 days ago a guy from Mozilla, started to do what I asked which is getting all my 4 emails in one email, he was telling me what to do, I did. & then he disappeared]

My Mozilla Thunderbird is not running well, The guy started, he was telling me what to do, I was doing it & confirm with him........suddenly he was gone

After you post here you will start receiving notifications that your conversation has been responded to, and will include a link to that conversion. You should continue the conversation there rather than starting it all over again.

Also, where ever you have been posting, you should include your version number from Help > Troubleshooting information.

Hi Mr. Mery Thank you very much for trying to help me with my problem

I contacted Mozilla because I have 4 different emails accounts & I wanted to get them all 4 at the same place. He was nice He did this & that , Told me to do that & this He created a new email account & he called it "Email Entering" Then he continued telling me what to do I need to mention you Mr. Mery "I don't know much about computer" Suddenly he told me we need to erase a file wich was causing problem to emails That was inside somewhere, he told me what to do, I found it & went back to confirm him if it was that file.........BUT HE WAS GONE.
