Hi, there are no users online. I got 3 ThinkPads and a desktop-pc. On all machines the same issue, Snowfake is activated (icon is purple) but no one uses it.

Have you tried providing feedback to the add-on developer?

The issue may not be Firefox or the add-on but a lack of people currently using the Snowflake service.
