1) If I don't see an Https://"'at the beginning of your Mozilla url in the top of my address line I don't proceed further.

2) My cell phone isn't working presently so when you offer an option to confirm who I am by sending a number code to my cell phone number I'm unable to use that option it to confirm who I am. How 'bout coming up with an additional alternative or two for confirming?
