I am reaching out regarding my Firefox account. The email currently associated with my account no longer exists, and I am unable to receive verification codes or reset my password.

I would like to request assistance to update my account settings and, if possible, add a secondary backup email to ensure I can access my account in the future. Please add the following secondary email:

I can provide any information needed to verify ownership of the account, including:

Approximate account creation date

Linked devices

Sync history or other identifying information
