I am able to save tabs to collections. However, there is no collections section on my homescreen, despite support articles and questions indicating it should just be there. When I turn shortcuts and stories on, they still do not appear. How do I make collections show up?

In the homepage settings, do you have Collections turned on?

There is not a "collections" setting in my homepage settings (picture) or anywhere else that I can find.
