I get the following problem on two of my gmail accounts but other gmail acounts are somewhat working and I cannot send any emails. I have seen that error with the use of Third party antivirus products. Something about their self signed encryption certificates usually. What I can say is I get POP mail from Google daily and continue to do so without an error. But I also only use windows defender.

I encountered same issue since last night, affecting only one of a few gmail accounts. Now it is working again.
