Vimeo manage videos page does nto display correctly
Vimeo "manage videos" page displays momentarily with controls below the embedded video, as it should, while loading, then it switches over to show the title of the video, making it impossible to change settings. This behavior repeats if I refresh the page. It still occurs after clearing the cache. It does not occur in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

The controls should normally appear automatically if you hover the player. Did you try to right-click the player to see if that allows to show the controls?
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the Default System theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
For me, the control bar is overlaid on the video player even if I don't hover it (see attached). In the add-on list you shared, I see "Video DownloadHelper" which might modify the bar in a way that is breaking it suddenly. The Troubleshoot Mode test suggested by cor-el should help in diagnosing that possible issue.
