Hi,

We submitted our app to the market place a long time ago, but we're trying to make some changes, and we've lost access to the firefox account that was used for the market place. We're currently attempting to remove the application from the market place; could we please receive assistance with this?

Good day, James.

Sorry for the confusion, it is not a market place; it is an add-on that we published, which we now need to unpublish; the issue is that we enabled 2FA, and that authenticator is no longer with us.

If you have any suggestions for us, that would be fantastic.
