Would you do this please :
Options => Privacy & Security => Forms and Autofill :
Click on "Saved Addresses" and highlight the address you want to edit;
then click the "Edit" button.
Don't forget to click on "Save" after you've made the change(s).

My data includes my street address but that frequently does not get filled into the form. Why is that?

Could it be that this only happens on sites that doesn't require your street address to be entered ?

Does this help ?
Firefox might not recognize this field as an address field.
Do the other fields on that page get filled (i.e. there is only a problem with the address field) ?

Not concerned with "addresses". Concerned about all the other data that is suggested to fill in a blank.
