Went to my bank page, but Firefox kept giving me 'robot' choices, and were not associated with bank.
I went to my bank's webpage, but Firefox wouldn't let me. It kept sending me to different pages, including on that was a 'robot' question with pictures. I couldn't get the bank page of citizensbank.com. I finally had to revert to another browser Safari. Firefox just this morning had to 'download updates.' Your updates screwed me up or someone there doesn't like me.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
