The solution that you provided for me does not work as it sends a reset link to the email address I forgot the password for.

Hello I am still unable to access my mozilla email account. When i followed the directions to reset it sends the reset instructions to the email account i forgot the password for. Please let me know if there is another way that would be much appreciated.
