Adressbook is empty after update, how can i get it back?

Last week there was an update. After restart Thunderbird was empty: accounts, mail, address books .. nothing. I restored the accounts and e-mails. Only my personal address book came back, but not my business address book. Please can you tell me where to find this and how to restore it?
