Thank you for responding. I bought a new computer, Toshiba, and went to add firefox...of course. When I went to add my age, the pull down only went as far at 1994. How do I fix this please?

You are trying to install Firefox on your Windows 8 or Windows 10 Toshiba computer from mozilla.org i.e. from:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/new/?scene=2#download-fx

right?

If so, it shouldn't prompt you for your year of birth.

If you are installing from elsewhere we can't help you and suggest that you instead install from mozilla.org

If you are doing something else, please let us know what exactly you are doing and the exact steps you are following.

oh just realized you may be referring to firefox accounts at:

https://accounts.firefox.com/signup

if that is the case just select 1990 or earlier!
