It crashes without any reason when I'm opening pages - and not when I try to enter the same page, but randomly. Sometimes when I open Facebook, sometimes when I check my e-mails, depending on its mood. I tried to fix it in various ways that were mentioned on the Firefox website or Firefox forums but nothing helped.

It is an issue with FlashPlayer and Firefox on Windows 7 that is under investigation.

If you disable FlashPlayers protected mode it should work ok. That requires editing of a FlashPlayer configuration file. How to do that is explained in these articles.

Post back with how you get on or if you have any difficulty following the instructions. Presumably you have updated from Firefox 27 to Firefox 28 since the crash, but that should not have any bearing on the crash.
