I cannot open my courses in myitlab.com. They to me to try something about my cookies, starting with opening tools in firefox. When I open the orange firefox drop, I do not see tools.

  • Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.
  • Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" when the menu bar is hidden.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
