I have tried searching online and the suggestion is to "Undo" command on the "Organize" menu of the Library window as described in this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1198441 but I cannot find any Library window.

Hey mcs2011,

The "Library window" can be opened via:

CTRL + SHIFT + O -> Keyboard shortcut

Or by navigating to "Show your bookmarks" button (the one with the star) from the Firefox toolbar and then clicking on the "Manage bookmarks" option.
