Can't Create a new Bookmark Tag. Possibly length parameter was added but No Error Msg.

Bookmark Tag data wipes out when I click "save" (I can see it wipe out.) with no explanation via error message as to why or what parameters that field was given. It doesn't happen all the time. I can create short Tags but not long Tags in succession. That's what makes me feel there has been limitations put upon tags recently.
