Can I make phone calls using Firefox, like I can using Hangouts in Chrome?

I prefer using Firefox over using Chrome. But I can't figure out a way to make phone calls using Firefox. Quite often I make phone calls with my computer, so this would be really nice if I could do it with Firefox.

Firefox officially don't have that option. But you can use Google Hangout calls via firefox browser
