I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. I had all my banking log in pages set up as a short cut. When I try to go into the site using my short cut, I get a message stating that "the app didn't start". I use firefox, and would like to set up shortcuts that will open. Can you help?

The old shortcut could now be bad. Create a new shortcut.

That's my problem. I'm a new user of windows 10, and can't figure out how to set up a shortcut. I've set up all my banking login pages as a bookmark. When I drag the bookmark website to the desktop I get the same message, that the app can't start.

I don't know Win 10. I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
