On my note 4 (Android 6.0.1) i'm using firefox 143.0.3 (Build #2016117407) and youtube stopped working (wheel turns then gives an error) . First i thought it's was the adblock so i disabled but that didn't fix it. So i used a proxy that also didn't worked. Then i used another browser (chrome, opera mini) and they worked. I didn't change any settings. I installed an addon User-Agent Switcher to change firefox desktop version which also didn't worked.

Edit: Opened only HTTPS mod in the options and did a full shutdown of the phone and now it works. I think youtube or someone else changed something and only HTTPS fixed that, not tech savvy enough to find why.

I’m having a really annoying issue with Mozilla Firefox on Android, but it only happens on YouTube’s mobile site (m.youtube.com).

The back and forward buttons don’t work properly there. For example, if I’m on the YouTube homepage and open a video, then from under that video I tap another suggested video — when I press the back button, instead of taking me back to the previous video, it jumps straight to the YouTube homepage.

The same thing happens if I search for something, open a video from the results, and then try to go back. It doesn’t return me to the search results — it just takes me to the homepage again.

The forward button has the same issue too — it skips everything and goes to the next home page in the history instead of the actual next page I visited.

This only noticed it on YouTube’s mobile site. I did not test other websites, but i didn't notice the back/forward navigation having any issue. There might be a issues or maybe they might work fine, i just didn't notice it so far.

So yeah, it looks like Firefox’s navigation history doesn’t handle YouTube’s pages correctly on mobile.

I'm really frustrated. I have used, and loved Firefox for many years. I'm a prolific reader, and borrow e books from the library to read on Kindle. Suddenly, this does not work with Firefox anymore, no matter what suggested fix I attempt. I hate the idea of being forced to use Chrome, but that is the only workaround I can find. There are important reasons many of us want to use Firefox over Chrome. Firefox, please fix this!!!

Msn.com News website is not working anymore! When I click on a particular news section, it sends me to another unrelated news section, which sends me to another unrelated news page, never opening the correct page anymore.

I know it's a peoblem with Firefox, because the MSN.com website works perfectly in Chrome, connecting me to the correct corresponding news page.

If I go to keep.google.com

Start typing in text in a new note.

The screen view "pans" to the bottom right of the viewable web page... Past where I'm typing so I can't see what I'm typing in... Seems to go to wrong spot/position...

Doesn't happen with chrome android..

I cannot sign into humana.com using the correct credentials since the last Firefox for Android update!

I can log in using a different browser on my phone as well as on my computer, but every time I try to log in from Firefox for Android, I keep getting the error that the login information is incorrect.

And I even tried clearing the cache and that did not fix it. It is an issue with the update since I did not have it before.

There are several sites that do not display properly or have interface issues. These same sites work properly with Brave or Chronic.

One is insta card.co when trying to install a card to my phone. There is an overlay popup that should display instructions and links, but is blank on Firefox.

Another is the Google business site used to verify a business profile especially when taking a video to verify the business location. The video controls don't work; can't start video, zoom, or switch main to selfie camera.

On Firefox for Android, YouTube always opens in desktop mode. Whenever I try to access 'm.youtube.com', Firefox automatically appends 'app=desktop' to the URL, also cat ope 'about:cofig'

I have already disabled the "Request desktop site" option, but the issue still persists. I also tried clearing cookies and cache, but that did not help. This is very frustrating.

Please let me know how I can fix this issue.

I have been noticing for the past few months that there are several websites (Facebook, Alternet and others) where the pages will display but links will not work unless I switch to desktop mode. This is annoying because the desktop sites are often much more difficult for me to read on my phone, especially since my eyes aren't young anymore. Using the accessibility zoom feature is often awkward and can lead to accidentally clicking things I didn't want to click. In other words, it's a pain in the butt!

Add in the fact that I often get the security warning that I've seen complaints about on the web the first time I attempt to load a site and Verizon's slow-downs and outages, it has been extremely frustrating lately to use my phone! If using ad-blockers and other extensions is part of the problem, then--as much as I like the idea--perhaps these should not yet be made available?

I have tried other browsers and not been comfortable with them, so I would like to continue using Firefox because of its features and layout--but this is getting to be ridiculous.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G.

Since around 2 weeks i noticed that empty browser elements appear and reduce the visible content window of different websites.

It is unclear what exactly causes it, but sometimes this behaviour can be triggered when setting focus on a field which requires keyboard input. I switched between gboard and swiftkey to make sure it is not causes by third party software / keyboard, issue does not occur in Chrome so it already can be exlcuded. ReInstall did not solve the issue.

Android version : 10 Website : facebook.com mobile view Issue : when I typing comment in any post, the page are automatically scrolling down, and keyboard keep come and gone, but not when I use web version(desktop version) I want to attach the issue in video but no option for that so, I just write this down Additional info: Installed extensions : Unlock origin and Dark reader, I try disable both but not fix the issue.

So, my comment in a review for Mozilla android asks me to post here - so my information will be disconnected with that - the email Mozilla provide for support is never read - so it seems Mozilla have zero commitment to helping users by fixing issues. I think my time using the app will be very short, but who cares - certainly not Mozilla. The issue is that navigating telegraph.co.uk is a pain - go to a page to read an article - then go back to the main page - it goes to a random different location on the main page - so waste time finding my place - it's nonsense. When a page refreshes, it goes to a completely different part of the page. It's very irritating. And whilst I'm here - it is extremely rude, that Mozilla provide an email address in the Play store, but this email is unmonitored. If there is an email, it should be used. Or remove the email
