Help! All my bookmarks have disappeared from the Firefox browser. I believe there has been a browser update done by Firefox. I found various ways to recover bookmarks and found a folder named 'old Firefox Data' on my desktop. But all files I try to import give me an error message stating that this file doesn't contain any bookmark data. I tried to import bookmark files and favicons.sqlite files. No luck. I now cannot access bookmarks accumulated for about 10 years. Really need to get them back into this new browser. Any advice highly appreciated.

Well, it is quite simple: you upgraded FireFox last night and now I lost all my bookmarks which is horrible and I really do not appreciate what happened and why? It never happened before.....

The Firefox browser I was using failed to back up the synchronization data of the domestic version due to negligence in reinstalling the new version. Starting from May 24th, after logging into the domestic version account, data synchronization cannot be achieved. (Currently, all downloads automatically redirect to the international version, and the login account is also the international version account. I tried send link to device to device for the first time today from my Firefox for desktop to my iPad. Both devices are synced to the same Firefox account and currently signed in. I get a "Sent" pop-up notification after I do the Send on the desktop web browser, but there is no notification of any kind on the iPad.

My searches for this on the web, and on this site, show me only the 'how to send' steps, and I see nothing that is 'where to look for received links'. What should I expect to see on the iOS device when I do this send?

Is there a way to clear all of the [List] Reading List on Firefox for iOS other than one half-swipe at a time?

I've tried to enable the Reading List sidebar on the desktop version via about:config, but I can't seem to find the sidebar.

Just delete my account my email address is ******@gmail.com I set up a new password with Firefox last night and push delete my account on Firefox sight ! Followed all the steps to the end and sent it and I don’t know what to do anymore I’ve done everything possible I’m all mixed up here I’m trying my hardest and I don’t get anywhere it comes back again with I need to sign in and all of that Patricia Snook

My name is Mohammad Kamal Borojerde, and I’m experiencing serious ongoing security issues while using Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a delivery driver working for Deliveroo, and my device is being targeted through remote hacking methods. I suspect that some malicious actors are using apps I’m not aware of to interfere with my internet, GPS location, and even stop delivery tasks that the company sends to my phone. This has significantly affected both my work and personal life.

Despite installing multiple security applications including McAfee (Reference No: 03203372) and Bitdefender (Reference No: 1010231778), my browsing remains unsecure, and settings keep getting changed or disabled without my consent. I believe attackers are also bypassing or disabling Firefox protections on my phone.

I kindly request Firefox’s security team to investigate this matter seriously. If possible, please help me: 1. Lock down or secure my Firefox browser fully. 2. Review any unusual activity linked to my device/browser. 3. Suggest any specific configuration settings that can protect me against remote access or phishing.

Dear Firefox-Support,

while using the iPad App in version 138.0 to generate a secure password today, this password was not saved. I was using the change password function on an account previously not known to my Firefox account. When I acknowledged the password change and was prompted to sign in in the same tab, neither the function that should remember the new password within the same session worked, nor was it saved with the other passwords.

I think it is unlikely you can help me find this password again, but I would like to make you aware, that this szenario might be an issue.

When I try saving a json response from a server that requires login, saving doesn’t save the content that is loaded in the browser. Instead, it seems to repeat the request to the endpoint serving the json without auth which results to saving an unauthenticated version of file.

I am using “share” menu which offers to save the response as file, but the end result is not what is expected.

If necessary, I can provide more information in order to replicate the error.
